联邦法规要求接受联邦财政援助的学生按照学院和联邦政府制定的标准取得令人满意的学业进步. These limitations include all terms of enrollment, whether or not aid was awarded or received.  Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) st和ards also apply to state aid.  在整个学术课程中，通过学生的累积平均成绩(定性)和获得的学分占所尝试学分的百分比(定量或完成速度)来衡量进度。.  除了, students must complete their programs of study before attempting 150% of the credits required to complete the program. I. 学生资助状况

4. 金融援助 Suspension Status (SS) – Students who do not meet the credit progression schedule 和/or the cumulative grade point average st和ard, or who fail to meet the requirements of their pre-approved academic progress plan, 将被置于休学状态(SS). Students in Suspension Status (SS) are not eligible to receive financial aid.
5. 停学(AS) -避免警告状态和留在学校的学业要求不同于学业进步满意的经济援助要求.  Academic status will be noted on registration records; financial aid status will be noted on financial aid pages in SIS.  Any student suspended from the College for academic or behavioral reasons is automatically ineligible for financial aid.

II. 评估进展

A. 数量标准或完成速度

完成率(67%规则): Students must, at a minimum, receive satisfactory grades in 67% of cumulative credits attempted. 此计算是通过将成功完成学分的累计总数除以尝试学分的累计总数来执行的. 所有在学院修的学分(审计除外), which must be entered as such by the class census date) are included. All credits accepted in transfer count as both attempted 和 successfully completed credits. Credits with satisfactory grades at the College are those for which a grade of A, B, C, D, S, 或者P是挣来的.

Attempted credits from all enrollment periods at the College plus all accepted transfer credits are counted; whether or not the student received financial aid for those terms is of no consequence.

Additional Considerations for Quantitative or Pace of Completion St和ards

• Incomplete Grades: Courses that are assigned an incomplete grade are included in cumulative credits attempted. These cannot be used as credits earned in the progress st和ard until a successful grade is assigned.
• Repeated courses enable the student to achieve a higher cumulative grade point average. 学生可以在经济资助下重复课程，直到成功完成课程，但重复课程会对学生达到完成率要求的能力产生不利影响.  Financial aid can be considered for successfully completed classes that are repeated to achieve a higher grade but for only one additional attempt.  Only the latest attempt will count toward the cumulative grade point average. 

B. 定性标准

累积绩点要求(GPA规则): 这样才有资格申请经济援助, students must meet minimum cumulative grade point average requirements based on a progressive scale. Only non-remedial courses with grades of A, B, C, D, 和 F are included in this calculation.  撤回al grades are included in the 尝试的总学分数. 不包括转帐学分.  In order to graduate, a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0是必需的.

3. 重新获得经济援助的资格

Unless extenuating circumstances exist 和 an appeal is granted (see “IV. 《中国博彩平台》(索取更多资料), 被暂停经济援助的学生应该自费继续上课，直到再次达到令人满意的学业进步要求.

IV. 上诉

在某些情况下, students who fail to meet SAP st和ards 和 lose eligibility for financial aid can appeal the financial aid suspension.  Students must clearly state what caused the suspension 和 must also clearly indicate what has changed that will now allow the student to succeed.  在下列情况下，鼓励上诉:

• 存在情有可原的情况(一).e., student’s serious illness or accident; death, accident or serious illness in the immediate family; other mitigating circumstances), or
• 不符合150%标准的学生, 可以在以下情况下提出上诉:失业工人或家庭主妇，他们以前的课程使他们无法找到有收入的工作，或者学生已经成功地完成了至少一半的课程，并且达到了GPA和SAP的完成要求.

对停学提出上诉的学生必须:

Only complete appeal submissions, with documentation, will be evaluated by the 金融援助 Office.  这是最后的决定.  Depending on the circumstances, the student could be required to complete additional requirements (i.e., 咨询职业顾问或其他类型的顾问, meet with an advisor to develop an academic progress plan for completion, 限制人数, 等.)，上诉才获批准.  目标是帮助学生回到毕业的轨道上.  我们将仔细考虑学生是否有能力提高，以再次达到SAP标准并完成学生的学习计划. 上诉将被批准或拒绝.  Students who have appeals approved will be in probationary status for the coming term.  试用期间, the student must meet the conditions of the appeal as communicated to him or her by the 金融援助 Office, 否则该学生将继续休学.  If an academic progress plan has been pre-approved by financial aid, continuing to meet the requirements of that plan will put the student back into good st和ing.
